Correctly identify facility where inmate is incarcerated.
Obtain inmates booking number or, if possible, obtain inmate's CA Approved ID: Current Driver's license, Current Passport, Current Consular Card (less than 5 years old), State ID Card
The name on document must be the exact name on ID document.
We are not allowed by law to create or assist you in creating the document for notarization.

Make sure that inmate is aware of our appointment and is aware and has agreed to the document and it's contents.
Make the payment before appointment to Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, or cash.
Please note that the full fee is due whether or not inmate signs,
We are not allowed to explain to or give advice on forms to the inmate.
Bring the documents to be notarized with you to the appointment.
Fee includes travel, and up to 2 signatures.
Additional signatures obtained at $15.00 each. Additional fees for pick up and delivery of documents. Additional fee for evening/night.
